General Information
- Meetings held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday, Monthly at 8:00pm
- New Membership interviews held on the 2nd Thursday, Monthly at 7:30pm
- Trap shooting is every Sunday at 1:30.
- Hall Rentals:
- Member $75.00 plus $75.00 deposit
- Non-Member $125.00 plus $75.00 deposit
A deposit and contract are required to hold a date. Deposits are refunded at the end of the function once the hall has been cleaned.
All children's party rentals can only be on Wednesday or Thursday.

New Business
- Club cleanup will be held on April 27th. Cleanup will start at 8:00am. Any new members, this is considered a work detail. There is a lot of work that needs to be done this year. The more help, the better.
- Amendment to By Law, Article 5, section 1, part D. Amendment to state that if they do not do their 3 work parties then they will be dropped from the membership. Unless hardship vote from the floor.
- New member Cathy Collins will be having a CPR course for all bartenders. Once the bartenders are certified the club will look into holding another course for members. There will be a minimal cost to members.
- A group of licensed instructors will be having a gun course shortly. No dates have been set. Please contact Dennis Smith for further information. Once the details have been worked out, we will post the information on the web site.
- A motion to leave the Horseshoe league as is was approved, along with another motion for the Horseshoe league to supply updates to the members on a yearly basis. No improvement or modifications to the Horseshoe pits may be done without prior approval from the members.
- Effective 4/1/02, Carl Hahn will become the new treasurer. Due to other obligations Joe Paul will resign as of 3/31/02. George Robinson and Patty Smith will audit the books before Carl takes over.
- The kitchen floor needs cleaning, and then has to be sealed. A motion was put on the floor to hire a professional to handle this. Motion was approved.
