Pasta Dinners

We held our 4th Pasta Night on March 31st. It's a great deal for $6.00 - all you can eat. This time we featured chicken soup, salad, pasta with marinara sauce, meatballs, sausages, pasta with clam sauce, pasta w/butter, pasta d'olio, bread and butter, followed by dessert. If you're a chocolate lover, you would have loved dessert! Dave Laquidara, Kim and Boo Clark headed up this event and had many helpers. Thank you to all who are involved in making this a successful event.

Movie Night

Our first movie night was held on Wednesday April 5th. Movie featured was "Ice Age". We're off to a slow start, but hoping to see more folks in the weeks to come. Stay tuned for more details. Remember, admission is FREE, and there will appetizers for purchase. The show begins at 7:00pm. Come on down and support your club!

On April 26th, how about "Dinner and a Movie"?? We are combining the pasta night, with movie night. All you can eat pasta, and then a movie to follow. Best deal in town!

Dart League

We have had several people sign up for the dart league. Still room for more. We're still working on the logistics. Will keep you informed as the plans unfold. We will need 9 members per team. If you are interested in joining, please stop by the club to sign up or give us a call. If we hit the mark with enough people, we'll get things rolling. Stay tuned!

Lj's tip for April:

Carry 2 compasses when hunting or hiking in the woods, if one is lost or damaged you'll have a backup.

Comedy Night

April 2nd was comedy night at the club. Eighty people attended and began the night with a roast pork dinner that was accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, salad, rolls/butter and dessert. We had 3 comedians, two males and one female. No one left hungry or unhappy with the performances. If you get a chance to see Patty Rose, don't pass it up. She was awesome. The next comedy night will be held on the Fall and on a Saturday. Details will be published in the message, the website or at the club house. We will be requesting Patty Rose for sure.

Horseshoes

The Horseshoe League is getting ready to start up their new season on May 4th. Hopefully they will have their fill of ringers! Have fun!

General Information:

If you have turned 65 and have 5 years of membership you are entitled to a life membership. Please contact the club if this applies to you.
