Comedy Night:

Another fantastic Sold Out Comedy Night. The meal consisted of Roast Pork, Mashed Potatoes, with mixed veggies was absolutely delicious. Our first comedian, Joe Espi was the host, followed by stand up comedian Jimmy Walsh and ended the evening with an incredibly funny man, John Turco. www.johnturcocomedy.com Thank you to Frenchie, Rick & Edie Vincuilla and Rick Purdy for all their help in putting on the wonderful meal. The next comedy night will be in November.

Condolences:

Our deepest sympathy to Jonathan Schofield and his family with the loss of their father, Richard.

Annual Blood Drive

4th Annual Woodville Rod & Gun Blood Drive Sunday, March 29th, Woodville Rod and Gun held its 4th annual blood drive. This is organized by club member Frank Wylie each year. This drive was an astounding success with 62 pints donated! Children's Hospital in Boston is the benefactor's of this drive who said this was the best ever. The blood donated can help over 200 children! These blood drives are in memory of Laura Nardini, the daughter of member Gene and his wife Carol.

Frank deserves a lot of credit for all his work on these drives; from scheduling the donation bus, getting people scheduled, calling to remind these people of their commitment, organizing food for the event, and keeping the line onto the bus full. And thanks to Gene for his donations of food. Great Job Frank & Gene, Thank you for all your efforts. And a huge Thank you to all who took time out of their day to donate. Shown are Frank (middle) and Geno (far right) with the blood bus crew.
