Website needs photos! Folks, we need updated photos for the website. Many of you take pictures at our events, but we don't seem to receive many of them from you to post. If you have pictures that we can use, please place them on a cd and drop them off at the club. Or you can email them to Remillard_karen@emc.com We can also post pictures in this publication. If you'd like to include a photo, send it along with any caption you'd like with it. Kids Fishing Derby It was a spectacular day for the kid's fishing derby. We'd like to thank the Pratt family for allowing us to have the derbies each year at their pond, and thanks to everyone who assisted the night before cleaning up the area. A huge thank you to Gary Truell and his entire crew who assisted in making this event so successful. It takes many hands, and we are very appreciative of everyone's support. The kids had a great time and had some wonderful prizes to choose from.
6 Years and Under
Largest Bass: Katherine Knox The Future Members of the Club With turkey hunting over, it's time to take a breather and then get ready for the next hunting or fishing season. Over the past year or so, we have a members' daughter that is becoming an avid hunter and fisherman. Eileen L. is seven years old and has been spending a lot of time in the woods and on the water, whether open or frozen. The word around the club is that Eileen is very patient in the woods and is learning very quickly from some older members how to be very successful at hitting her target.
![]() Here is a shot of Eileen with a pheasant she bagged. Kevin is very proud of Eileen's progress and has been enjoying some quality time with her whether they are fishing or hunting. Kevin and Eileen would also like to "thank" the seasoned members and friends that have taken the time to help in teaching them some tips and tricks, taking photos and making their experiences in the "wild" very enjoyable and rewarding. These are the types of activities that we like to promote and would like to share other stories like this. Please consider sharing your stories with us and the rest of the club members. Congratulations to Eileen! We look forward to hearing more stories. Committee Openings:
