       As a member of the Woodville Rod and Gun Club, you have:

  • Association with Middlesex County League of Sportsmen


How to Join

  1. Get sponsored by a club member.

  2. Find a sponsor, and fill out application form and submit to the club. The $50.00 application fee is due the night of your interview. The application will be reviewed by the Membership Committee. Plan to attend the next Membership Committee meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 7:00pm, after which you will be attending your 1st meeting the same night. Or make special arrangements with the Membership Committee for an interview on a different day. Application fee is refundable only if the membership committee does not accept the application. Your sponsor must accompany you to the interview.

  3. After attending this 1st meeting you need to make 2 more meeting within the next 5 meetings or within the next 2½ months. 
    Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month and the yearly membership fee of $100 is due when voted in.

  4. Participate in 3 work details with other club members within the first year of membership.


How to Get Sponsored

  • Stop by the Club and socialize with members.

  • Attend one of our club functions such as the Chicken Barbeque, or Game Feed dinner.

  • Join us on the shooting range.

Renewing Your Membership

The annual dues are set by a vote of the club members on the first meeting in August. Any member who has not paid their dues by the end of December is sent a notice stating that they are due with an additional $10.00 penalty. Any member not paying their dues by January 31st, will be dropped from the club, unless the time has been extended by a vote of the club members.
